For your health and well–being

  • Medical Coverage – We offer two medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield, you choose the plan that suits you. Coverage will begin on your date of hire. Cambridge Consultants pays up to 75% of the cost.
  • Dental Coverage – We offer comprehensive dental insurance through Guardian DentalGuard. Coverage will begin on your date of hire. Cambridge Consultants pays approximately 75% of the cost.
  • Short–term Disability – We cover employees from the 8th day of approved absence due to illness, injury or childbirth. Pay is continued for 13 weeks at up to 60% of base pay, to a maximum of $1,000.00 per week. This is a fully company paid benefit.
  • Long–term Disability – We cover employees from the 90th day of approved absence due to illness or injury. Pay is continued at up to 60% of base pay, to a maximum of $7,500.00 per month. This is a fully company paid benefit.
  • Group Life and AD&D Insurance – Your beneficiary will receive one times your base salary, up to $50,000.00 from your life insurance policy. This is a fully company paid benefit.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts – You can set aside pre–tax dollars to pay for certain health care, dental and dependent care expenses.

For your Future

  • 401 (k) Plan – You can contribute your pre-tax earnings to the IRS maximum. Cambridge Consultants may make a discretionary 401(k) matching contribution equal to 25% of the deferrals, up to a deferral of 8% salary, (the 401(k) match cannot exceed 3% of the salary). The match contributions are vested over a 3 year vesting schedule. We also offer a Roth 401(k).

For your Life

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – Full time employees accrue up to 18 days per year of PTO, 15 days may be carried over to the next calendar year.
  • Holidays – Employees also receive up to 7 holidays per year.
  • Sick time – Employees receive up to 8 days, prorated per year
