Welcome to Boston

A great place to work

Every day you'll step out of the elevator into a vibrant, stimulating workplace where you matter, and where your ideas become tangible solutions.

We take work-life balance seriously. Our downtown location means the best of Boston is on offer just a short walk from the office.

At the center of the Boston scene

We’re proud to be a key player on the Boston scene.

The Greater Boston Ecosystem is home to cutting-edge research in life sciences, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, as well as world-class hospitals and centers of learning.

Why work for one of them when you can join us and work with them all?

Among the best, at your best

We take a holistic approach to design commercially successful products, services and experiences for our clients.

You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues from multiple disciplines. At the same time, there’s a strong emphasis on self-direction.

It’s challenging. It’s rewarding. And that’s why we love it here!

We’re growing, grow with us

Boston has been our fastest-growing location for the last five years, creating fantastic career opportunities.

We have a supportive, teams-based mindset and a commitment to career development. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow in the areas that interest you.

And most of all, you’ll know you’re valued.

Social life at CC

I love being part of a growing team and get a real buzz solving problems with such bright and enthusiastic people. Boston is a great city to live and work in, with so much going on - and the office location is ideal for going to tech events or just meeting friends after work.

Happy holidays

We love to throw a party. There’s usually a theme – say, supercars, or casino – so we have an excuse to dress up, get together and celebrate the holidays in style.

Summer party

A mainstay of the CC social calendar, our summer party is a fun day out for family and friends, with great food and drink, as well as games for the young and young at heart.

Getting together

There’s no shortage of social opportunities here. How about paintball and ice–skating, or something more relaxed like pizza and Mario Kart? There’s something for everyone.

Charity of the year

Every January, we choose a new charity to support through fundraising activities including cake sales, big breakfasts, canteen quizzes and game nights.
