Main role

You will partner with the Global Head of Medical Devices to shape the business strategy and drive significant sales and client management activities, fueling the continued growth of this pivotal sector within our organization.

  • Pharmaceuticals – Novel devices for drug delivery; technology and services for driving adherence and compliance and for enhancing clinical trials; enabling next generation therapeutics; driving digital therapeutics 
  • Medical Devices – Advanced platforms for surgical intervention; smart implanted devices; digital platforms and ecosystems for AI powered clinical insight delivery; ophthalmic devices and implants
  • Lifesciences – Development of next generation diagnostic and OMIC analytic solutions driving personalised medicine and therapeutic decision making

 

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Cultivating strong commercial relationships with senior executives in potential client companies
  • Nurturing trusted partnerships with clients to drive discussions aligned with their strategic objectives
  • Collaborating with project implementation teams to secure substantial sales
  • Maximizing sales conversion by working closely with our technical teams in Cambridge UK and Boston USA
  • Providing market insights to support the continuous improvement of our service offering

 

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • In-depth commercial understanding of the Medical Devices marketplace and its technology strategies, with experience in Ophthalmology and/or transformative digital platforms being advantageous
  • Compelling consultative selling skills and a proven track record of driving substantial business growth in the medical product sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or the physical sciences
  • Authorization to work in the UK without the need for future sponsorship

 

This position, based in our Cambridge UK office, offers the opportunity to drive business development with European clients while also supporting global clients across North America, Europe, and South East Asia.
