Job description

The successful candidate will be working in a laboratory, putting together a test rig, carrying out the testing and then disassembling and cleaning the rig. There may also be a requirement for carrying out standard lab tests such as measuring viscosity, weighing etc…. These tasks will be carried out with appropriate PPR and the user will be fully trained and advised to have regular breaks.

Requirements

• Previous experience of working in a laboratory, test house or production QA process is essential
• Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision
• Ability to carry out hands-on lab procedures in a methodical, careful and safe way
• Excellent attention to detail and team-work skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

We are looking for someone to join us on a temporary basis, for 2 weeks and for 20-25 hours per week to work in a lab putting together a test rig, carrying out the testing and then disassembling and cleaning the rig.
