Our expertise enables us to pinpoint which tasks are most amenable to automation, ensuring that investment is focused where it will deliver the most value.
In particular, we excel at automating ’semi-structured’ tasks – tasks that are clearly defined yet not purely repetitive. For example, as opposed to a robot that will pick all the apples on a tree, we might design a robot that picks only the ripe ones.

Human augmentation
The use of robotics to enable humans to do their jobs better, faster or more precisely is set to bring huge benefits in many fields. For example, enhancing surgeons’ capabilities with features like motion scaling, tremor reduction and enforced ’no-fly‘ zones to protect sensitive tissues.

Warehouse-scale development space
For large-scale robotics development, we maintain a warehouse space suitable for the prototyping and testing of sizable robotics and automation projects.

Robotics lab - Cambridge, UK
In addition to our dedicated manufacturing and electronics prototyping capabilities, we maintain a robotics-specific lab to carry out development and demonstrations, equipped with several robotic arms and 3D tracking capabilities.

Robotics lab - Boston, MA
This dedicated robotics research and prototyping facility enables us to develop industrial automation, warehouse robotics, cobots, agri-robots and medical robotics. This lab contains several six-axis and SCARA manipulators, hardware-in-the loop control prototyping systems, 2D and 3D vision systems, and autonomous mobile robot prototyping platforms.
