Indoor farming promises high yield, high quality and locally-grown crops. But despite steadily decreasing operating costs, many crops are still not profitable. So, where are the innovation opportunities to drive down costs and make indoor farming more profitable?

Historically, the focus has been on lighting. But to maximise revenues, other aspects need to be optimised, including air flow and humidity management, fertigation and irrigation, not to mention physical movement of plants. A top-down system approach will enable further improvements in profitability beyond what will be achieved with a bottom-up approach.

We’re delighted to be joined by Jim Pantaleo (Senior Indoor Farming Adviser & Writer) for this webinar, where we share our vision of the technologies needed to create such a system and share examples of leading-edge work that is shaping the future of indoor farming.
