About the role 

As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll make a valuable – and valued – contribution. The role will be responsible for assisting with the company cash function and supporting our US office.

This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of expense claims, processing bank statements and supporting our US office’s accounting functions.

What you’ll be doing 

• Processing employee expense claims
• Communication with expense claimers
• Ensuring correct general ledger coding of expense claims
• Dealing with expense claim VAT and taxable benefits
• Daily coding of UK bank statement transactions
• Coding of Asia offices banking transactions
• Cash reporting in a timely manner
• Assisting in all accounting areas of the US office
