Integrated digital design
We design digital experiences that enable users to achieve their goals through well considered and usable software, whether that’s a standalone or integrated digital user interface.
We develop a variety of applications and system dashboards using data visualisation and analytical techniques, making complex information instantly accessible and actionable.
User research
Understanding user needs involves asking the right questions and then gathering and synthesising the results. This essential process underpins every UX project we undertake.
We employ various qualitative and quantitative approaches, including ethnography and contextual enquiries, unmoderated techniques such as diary studies and A/B tests, usability tests, heuristic evaluations and surveys. This results in user journeys, storyboards and personas that provide the context and foundations for designing and validating appropriate experiences.
Design
We generate design concepts and evolve them into digital products using wireframes, paper prototypes, high-fidelity mock-ups and visual assets. These activities consider information architecture, interaction design, graphical and conversational user interface design, animations and sound effects.
Depending on each client’s needs, we can work within existing brand guidelines or create brand-new guidelines.
