- Profit share – All employees receive a share of our profits based on a combination of company and personal performance
- Generous pension – Up to 8% company contribution (based on 4% employee contribution), plus free pensions advice

- 25 days holiday – 25 days annual allowance plus UK public holidays (8 in total)

- Flexible working – Our normal working week is 37 hours. We’re flexible about start/finish times and can arrange home working (at manager’s discretion)
- Free food and drink – Free breakfast and lunch are available every day, plus fruit, tea and freshly ground coffee any time
- Free bike repairs – The ‘Bicycle Ambulance’ visits once a month throughout the year. All labour is free – you only pay for any parts
Active social scene
We have an active social community with a variety of events and activities throughout the year. Events range from black-tie holiday parties, family fun days and intercompany sports tournaments, as well as smaller less formalised events like wine tasting evenings, go-karting, board game nights and lots more.
As with many things at Cambridge Consultants, what you get involved in is very much up to you. We’re always interested to hear new ideas and eager to offer our support, and you’re likely to find plenty of interest from your fellow employees.

Creating a differenceWe are a passionate group of individuals who are driven to encourage the next generation of engineers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths). We have a busy volunteering network that provides support to local schools, and we partner with Cambridge Science Centre as a part of our outreach programme. Whether it’s volunteering in your spare time or getting involved in internal projects, there are plenty of opportunities to get stuck into. |
