Are you a curious and creatively minded graduate product design engineer looking for exciting and fulfilling experiences? You may be a graduate, or a candidate with a couple of years of industry experience. You can expect this role to include a mixture of desk-based and practical tasks.

The Realisation group is responsible for dynamic hardware development of products, in both high and low volume markets following the guiding principles of Design for “X” (DfX) with particular emphasis on design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA). The group operates from product conception and design all the way through to manufacture and product launch, often bridging the gap between novel technology and high volume manufacture. Our work spans a range of industry sectors, such as consumer electronic products, energy sensors and metering, sustainability and agricultural systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate design engineer with the ambition and ability to achieve excellent results within highly demanding industries under tough commercial and time constraints. You will be using your design skills to contribute to product development projects with support and guidance from senior product engineers; from initial idea generation through to the delivery and manufacturing support for market ready products.
