60 YEARS OF BREAKTHROUGH INNOVATION
For six decades, we've been helping our clients to create breakthrough products and services and to realise their most ambitious technology-based aspirations.
These are some of the most potent examples of our work with global blue chips, aspiring enterprises and ambitious start-ups from a range of market sectors.
Sending drones beyond the far horizon
Our breakthrough communication system for Flylogix solves a fundamental challenge for global drone services. Point-to-point radio-based control systems have so far been unable to safely control uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs) beyond visual line of site (BVLOS) from a central control center. But this changes everything.
AI that decides the best response to a cyberattack
The Defence and Science Technology Laboratory (Dstl) set a seriously tough challenge… to develop next generation systems to respond autonomously to a cybersecurity attack on military systems. The multidisciplinary CC team responded by applying a truly leading-edge AI solution and demonstrating a proof of concept in a challenging application.
Military robots that work effectively alongside people
Our task was to rise to a challenge set by the Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA), part of the UK government Ministry of Defence. The organisation sought innovations that would deliver a step change in military logistics capability across maritime, land and air domains. The autonomous behavioural engine we demonstrated to them enables fast and safe unmanned logistics in congested, dynamic environments.
This is the story of digital services innovation that is disrupting traditional markets while helping companies make their product offerings more sustainable, cost efficient and safe. At the heart of the story is a low-cost asset-monitoring sensing tag that is small, light and powerful enough be stuck just about anywhere. This core technology concept, now called DriveTag, is helping our client Sycada with its mission to prove that sustainability can go hand in hand with healthy ROI.

From Harvard start-up to fitness tech powerhouse: how WHOOP developed its first wearable
Before athletes even thought about how technology could improve their performance, Harvard students Will Ahmed and John Capodilupo struck on an idea to revolutionize physiological monitoring for both professional and college athletes. Today their creation – WHOOP – is a global training phenomenon relied on by NFL footballers, Olympic athletes, PGA Tour golfers and an exploding number of consumers and weekend warriors.
